Kombu is a type of algae that is found in the sea. It has been used for centuries as a base for broth (‘dashi’) in Asia, as a hearty garnish for rice and other dishes, as a vegetable and a primary ingredient in popular snacks.

Nori kombu granulate as a natural taste enhancer.

We produce sustainably dried kombu in various sizes, so that it is easy to add in different foods. It is dark green, almost black in color. Excellent to make 100% natural stock, without E numbers (E620 to E625).
